December 2025
It's the gratitude and gifting season, so I want to take this time and space to say thank you.
Thank you for supporting my business and having faith in my ability to help you.
Thank you for gifting yourself by investing in ways to create calm in your life and make more time for things that make you happy.
To my Notebooks with Ronna participants, I am so grateful. I hope the Notebook process is clearing your mental clutter and making personal tasks and to-dos more manageable. And, I really hope you’ll join me on the next evolution of your Notebook journey and participate in the Notebooks with Ronna 2.0 Planning Group.
2.0 is exclusive to those of you who have done the Notebooks with Ronna workshops – 1:1 or in scheduled or curated groups – so the community will undoubtedly be amazing and supportive. If you’d like to join us for our first meeting on 1/29, simply email me at ronna@workflowsbyronna.com.
Many of you have sought out help personally or professionally to create systems and processes that work for you. To the 1:1 clients who have worked with me, I hope it’s had a positive impact on your household, your work, and your relationships.
Some of the year’s highlights included giving presentations for cohorts and business groups. There is always so much energy, so many ideas and contagious enthusiasm. The goal is always to help each other do better work and in better-performing teams.
Finally, my OG offering of custom Workflows – this tool makes repeatable processes smoother and makes projects and jobs so much more efficient for you, your teams and your offices. And, Workflows make me so happy!
As we push into 2026, I have new offers so that we can continue to work together and bring many of you into my world – a world where we expend less mental energy worrying and thinking about tasks and projects, and more time enjoying them and our hobbies, families and lives.
I hope to see you and work with you in 2026 – enjoy the rest of 2025 and Happy New Year!
- Ronna
My Favorite Things
I’ve always loved and cherished my female friends, and I realized lately that launching my own business took this favorite thing to the next level. I love female entrepreneurs – and collaborating with them!
It’s amazing what these women have done for me. For example, I never would have thought being on a podcast would be a favorite thing for me. (I absolutely adore listening to them, but being on them? Never!)
Until the past year….
I met Jayne Havens in the Dear FoundHer Forum and presented to her group of sleep consultants. We hit it off, and next thing I knew, I was having an amazing conversation on her podcast Follow Jayne at @snoozefestbyjaynehavens.
Joining the Dear FoundHer Forum and attending the live Dear FoundHer networking events have been two of the most valuable actions that I’ve taken for my business. When Lindsay Pinchuk invited me to do a Q&A at a Dear FoundHer…Live event and also give my Control Your Time presentation to our Forum community, it was terrifying, but actually amazing! Now I’ve been on Lindsay’s Dear FoundHer podcast on the From the Forum series, which actually scared me more than I’d like to admit! But thanks to my fellow female founders, I’ve found courage in supporting them, and being supported by them. Follow Linsday at @dearfoundher.
I had a repeat performance and popped on Jorie Houlihan’s podcast again, this time to talk about how to survive the holidays with ADHD. Follow Jorie at @joriehoulihan.
Most recently, I pitched myself to a podcast I love, and my appearance on Best Laid Plans with Sarah Hart-Unger just came out! I absolutely loved being on it, and I welcome all the new people joining my community who also listen to it. Sarah’s book Best Laid Plans just came out. I can’t wait to read it! You can order it here.
I have put in so much work to build a business I believe in. I have taken my time, educated myself, and tried different things. But most of all, I have made an effort to network and surround myself with a supportive community that has proven invaluable to me personally and professionally.
